MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan

About Tickets

For those residing in Japan, please purchase from the official online shop MobilityStation.
For those residing outside Japan, please purchase from MotoGP™TICKETS. For details, please check the Ticket sales page's sales outlets.

Cancellations of tickets purchased are not possible. If you received an electronic ticket, you can use the official resale service (some tickets are not eligible for the resale service). For details on the resale service, please check here.

To watch the race, you need a viewing ticket. If you are using the grandstand seats, please purchase a viewing ticket with a reserved seat. If you are coming by car or motorcycle, a separate parking ticket is required. For details, please check the Ticket sales page.

The non-reserved seating area is located along the Racing Course from 130R to the Downhill Straight.
For details, please check the Ticket sales page.

To watch the race, a ticket is required for those aged 3 and older. For reserved seats, children under 2 years old can watch on a parent's lap. If a seat is needed, you must purchase a ticket and receive a seat assignment. If you purchase multiple seats at the same time, we can provide adjacent seats.

If you purchase designated seats all at once, the seats will be assigned in consecutive order. Please note that if you purchase in two separate transactions, the seats may be separated.

If you purchase advance tickets for the venue, you will definitely be able to park inside the venue. The on-site parking lot has space for most customers, but if it is sold out, you will be directed to off-site parking.

We cannot reissue tickets that you have purchased. Please keep your valuable ticket safe until the day of the race, and be sure to bring it with you on that day so you do not forget it.

Advance tickets for the qualifying day only are not available. Please purchase same-day tickets at the venue or buy a 3-day pass in advance.
For details, please check the Ticket sales page.

For customers who require a wheelchair, we have designated viewing areas for wheelchairs in the V6 seats, A seats, and the free seating area on the back straight of the oval course. Wheelchair-accessible parking is available for purchase, limited to one vehicle per wheelchair viewing area ticket (for adults).

Due to the viewing space, the number of accompanying persons is limited to 2 in the V6 seat area and A seat area. There is no limit on the number of seats in the free seating area on the back straight of the oval course.

We have them prepared near each area, but due to limited numbers, congestion may occur. Thank you for your understanding.

Depending on the parking situation inside the venue and the availability of advance parking tickets, we may sell parking tickets on the day of the event. If the on-site parking lot is full, we will guide you to the off-site parking lot.

Every year, the area around Motegi Town becomes very crowded. We recommend using the detour route (PDF) to visit.

On the day of the event, you can enter through the North Gate, South Gate, and East Gate. Please note that entry gates may be restricted depending on the congestion situation. If there are staff members guiding you outside the venue, please enter through the gate indicated.

About Watching

To enjoy watching a race in the rain, it is necessary to wear clothing that protects against wind and rain, as well as to find ways to keep your wet body warm. Poncho-type raincoats are convenient, but long-sleeved, long-pants raincoats that are also strong against the wind are useful. Please be careful not to get cold. We kindly ask you to refrain from using umbrellas.

The Executive Suite, Private Suite, VIP Terrace Premium, Victory Corner Terrace Premium, and 1 Corner Terrace Sky Deck (*) have roofs. All other areas are outdoors.
*The 1 Corner Terrace Sky Deck is a simple sunshade tarp.

All seats are non-smoking. Please smoke only in designated areas and observe proper manners.

* Please note that staff are not responsible for any stains, damage, or loss when removing sheets or other items.

Please bring a long-sleeved jacket to accommodate changes in weather and temperature. Additionally, the most common issue people face is blisters. A comfortable pair of sneakers and socks are essential. A hat is useful for both sun protection and rain.

A first aid station is available at the Central Information Center. In case of an emergency, please speak to a nearby staff member.

The first aid station is open only during the viewing hours. If you are not feeling well, please use the first aid station during the day.
