Note 1: On October 2 (Fri), the North Gate and South Gate will open at 2:00, but parking in all designated parking lots will be allowed from 7:00. About ticket handling

  • Regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage), reissuance will not be done under any circumstances.
  • Tickets purchased through user operations cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason. However, exceptions apply for additions or changes made using functions provided by this service and refunds in cases where the event is canceled.
    Even if duplicate purchases are made due to user input errors or communication environment issues, our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for such payments.
    Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off periods.
  • It is prohibited to illegally resell tickets purchased by users using any service other than the official resale service provided by our company, as well as to delegate illegal resale to third parties. Listing on auctions and internet auctions is also included. In case of violation, the validity of the tickets may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *Please note that it may be sold out.
  • If you do not have your ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
    * Receipts, payment confirmations, web purchase screens, photos of tickets, etc. cannot be used for entry.

How to Enter

  • How to Enter the Gates
    • ・Designated parking lots have assigned entrance gates. Please check your ticket information or ticket page carefully to avoid entering through the wrong gate.>> Click here for parking ticket information
    • ・Congestion is expected on surrounding roads and at the entrance gates on the day of the final race. Please allow plenty of time when coming to the venue.
    • ・Please present one "spectator ticket" per person to the staff at the spectator gate.
      The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
      * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or perform "distribution" at the Mobility Station so that each person can have their own ticket.

      * We recommend saving the QR code by screenshot or other means (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication disruptions).
      The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please have a screen ready where the time display is moving under normal conditions.

    Paddock Passes are sold as exchange vouchers.
    During the race event period, you can exchange your voucher for a Paddock Pass at the Mobility Resort Motegi Race Ticket Center counter (planned).
    * Please note that exchange vouchers do not grant access to the paddock. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Entry Method for Executive Suite, VIP SUITE, and VIP Suite Premium: Upon your first entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the first floor of the Center House. The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket, and then exchange it for a valid pass for the duration of the event. Please use the exchanged pass during the race and event period.
    * If multiple tickets are held together on one person's device, it is possible to hand over all the tickets to the representative who has the device.
    * If you print the tickets at home in advance or perform "distribution" at the Mobility Station and each person brings their own, it is also possible to provide passes to each individual.

About the Parking

  • Designated parking tickets specify the gate for entry. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check your Race Ticket Information or ticket page and enter through the designated entrance gate.
  • Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lanes at each gate.
  • When driving inside the venue, please adhere to the speed limit of 30 km/h and drive safely.
  • Please refrain from parking anything other than cars in the 4 wheels parking spaces.
  • Please be sure to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle on the premises.
  • Please use the bicycle parking area when using motorcycles or bicycles.
    * Motorcycles and bicycles parked outside the designated bicycle parking area will be moved. We cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur due to removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please refrain from reserving parking spaces with luggage or other items. Any items used to reserve a space will be removed or relocated.
    We cannot accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, etc. caused by removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Setting up tents, spreading out chairs and tables, and eating and drinking in a way that inconveniences other customers in the parking lot is not allowed.
  • Please manage your own luggage and helmets after parking your vehicle or bicycle.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for vehicle damage, collisions, accidents, or thefts that occur in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding.

Request at Exit

  • After the race or event ends, traffic regulations will be implemented to ease congestion within the venue. Please cooperate by following the staff's guidance when exiting.
    * To ease congestion, you may be directed to exit through a different gate than the one you entered.

About Watching

  • At the designated seat entrance, please prepare your ticket (QR code) in advance for each person and present it to the staff.
  • If you are waving a support flag, please be careful not to obstruct the viewing of other customers.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi implements a designated smoking area within the premises. All spectator seats, including those for electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking. Therefore, customers who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking spaces.
  • Please refrain from the following matters.
    • ・Reserving spectator seats and areas for long periods and over wide areas using luggage, etc.
      *Luggage used to reserve places will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft caused by removal or relocation.
      Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tape, padlocks, etc. *These may be cut if necessary.
    • Watching from stairs and corridors, use of fire, photography with tripods (monopods), bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. into the viewing area and paddock, bringing in or using drones, actions that disturb other customers, and actions that hinder the progress of the event.
    • ・Bringing in or using large gas horns and other items that may pose an explosion risk.
    • ・Use of umbrellas and parasols in the spectator seats. *Please use rainwear, etc.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may hinder operations, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.

  • Items that may generate explosives, explosions, ignition, or toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may harm other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large quantities of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, scissors, and other sharp objects or items that could be used as weapons.
  • Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, cause inconvenience to others, or pose a danger.
  • ・Placards, banners, etc. that slander or defame.
  • Items that are not permitted to be possessed according to other laws and regulations.
Items not allowed in the viewing area
  • ・Entry to the spectator area for pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) is not allowed (please use the designated area for watching with dogs).
  • ・Bicycles and kickboards (including electric ones) are allowed. Please use the bicycle parking area. Thank you for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

About Shooting

  • The act of distributing audio, video, etc. as videos accessible to an unspecified large number of viewers via the internet or other media without permission, as well as filming activities that cause inconvenience to other customers, are prohibited.
    Prior permission is required for photography or video recording for commercial or profit-making purposes.
  • Your likeness may be captured. The recorded video, audio, and images may be used for the purposes listed below, so please check before your visit.

About Tent Camping

In the specially designated area within the venue, the "Tent Camping Area" allows for tent camping. No reservation is required, but access is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Requests for Each Admission Area
    N5: Please be sure to clear away tents and other items by 6:00 AM on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4.
    S2 Yokogawa Green Park: Please be sure to clear away tents and other items by 6:00 AM on Sunday, October 4.
    Each tent camping area will be used as a parking lot.
  • Fee: Free, however, if you are using the tent camping area, advance parking tickets or same-day parking tickets are required.
  • Reservation: There is no reservation system, so please come directly to the tent camping area on the day. (You will secure a spot in the order you arrive.)
    * If the tent camping area is full, we will temporarily guide you to another area.
  • N5 and N7 are available for use until 9:00 AM on October 5 (Mon).
Precautions
  • 1. Please refrain from using open flames and firewood.
    (When handling items such as lighters, barbecue grills, charcoal, and cooking utensils, please use them according to the proper usage instructions of the product and pay close attention to your own safety and that of those around you.)
  • 2. Camping is not allowed in parking areas other than the tent camping area.
  • 3. In the tent camping area, please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff for safety.
  • 4. Please stop idling when parking in the tent camping area.
  • 5. Any tents, equipment, etc. remaining in the parking area after 6:00 AM on October 4 (Sun) will be moved or removed without prior notice.
    Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the moving or removal process. Thank you for your understanding.

About sleeping in vehicles

  • Sleeping in vehicles is allowed in all parking lots from October 2 (Fri) to October 4 (Sun).
Precautions
  • 1. Please refrain from using open flames and firewood.
    (When handling items such as lighters, barbecue grills, charcoal, and cooking utensils, please use them according to the proper usage instructions of the product and pay close attention to your own safety and that of those around you.)
  • 2. Please be considerate in the overnight parking area so as not to disturb those around you.

  • 1. Please refrain from specifications or installations that obstruct the view. Regarding installation, please avoid placing them in locations that hide signs.
    Please securely fasten banners so they do not fly away in locations such as the front row fence (designated positions below) where they do not obstruct the view of other guests. (For individual submissions and installations, please set up between Friday, October 2 and Sunday, October 4.)
  • 2. If it is judged by the staff that the banner obstructs the view of other customers or is too large in size, or if it is deemed dangerous due to strong winds or other reasons, installation may be refused. Additionally, even if already installed, removal may be requested.
    (When removing or relocating, strings, wires, zip ties, etc. used for installation may be cut.)
  • 3. We do not take any responsibility for damage, soiling, loss, theft, etc. The same applies at the time of removal.
    ※Items containing company names, URLs, or other expressions deemed inappropriate by our company, as well as those that obstruct the display of existing signs, will be subject to removal. Thank you for your understanding.
    ※Installation may be refused in front of cheering seats designated by our company, among other locations.
