Fee List
- Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
- A fee will be charged for Seven-Eleven store ticket issuance and payment.
In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction
Ticket issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket
- Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)
- There is an upgrade fee for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500 yen" will apply.
- Age category change (electronic tickets only)
- Age category changes are only possible to adult status if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to elementary school, junior high school, and U23 are not possible.)

* Debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas may not be able to be registered. Whether a card can be registered depends on the decision of each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot answer inquiries about which cards are accepted.

* If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount exceeds 300,000 yen, you cannot select store issuance and payment.
* Seven-Eleven store payment can be selected until 23:59 on September 24, 2025 (Wed).
