We have confirmed cases of tickets for Round 17 of the 2025 FIM MotoGP™ World Championship Series MOTUL Grand Prix of Japan being fraudulently purchased through our official online shop "MobilityStation." Please be aware that purchasing tickets from sources other than authorized outlets (MobilityStation and agents entrusted by us to sell tickets) may involve you in crimes or troubles. Furthermore, tickets confirmed to have been purchased fraudulently will be invalidated without notice based on the terms of use, and entry on the day will be refused.
Telephone sales and sales at the Mobility Resort Motegi counter are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

Fee List
- Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
- A fee will be charged when issuing tickets and making payments at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction
Ticket issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket
- Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)
- There is an upgrade fee for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500 yen" will apply.
- Age category change (electronic tickets only)
- Age category changes are only possible to adult tickets if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to elementary school, junior high school, or U23 are not possible.)

* In the case of debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas, card registration may not be possible. Which cards can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot provide an answer even if you inquire.
