If you have any issues within the venue or need information about events on the day, please visit the Main Information Center at the central entrance. Our staff will assist you.

Buses run every 10 to 30 minutes, so please wait at the bus stop.

Tickets can be purchased and various shops and restaurants inside the venue accept UFJ Nicoss, Honda C Card, VISA, MASTER, and JCB.*Please note that some shops may not accept these cards, so please check with the staff when using.

Baby seats and baby chairs are available in the restrooms, as well as wheelchair-accessible restrooms, children's restrooms (in the park), and private restrooms that can be used together with children throughout the venue.
