Wheelchair-accessible private rooms with handrails are available within the venue.
These are located at the Central Entrance, Cafeteria Oak, Gran Turismo Cafe, Mobility Resort Motegi Hotel, Hello Woods, Forest of Giant Nets, SUMIKA, Honda Collection Hall, Traffic Education Center Motegi, North Short Course, near S1, near R2, East Entrance, and South Course.

Wheelchair rentals for mobility within the venue are available at the Information Center.

There is a public telephone available for use while in a wheelchair at the central entrance.

There are elevators at two facilities: the Honda Collection Hall and the Mobility Resort Motegi Hotel.

Assistance dogs are allowed in all areas of Mobility Resort Motegi, but please bring a leash or harness vest.
Also, some areas have specific conditions, so please ask the staff.
* Assistance dogs are allowed inside the Mobility Resort Motegi Hotel (including inside the restaurant and guest rooms). * At Hello Woods, assistance dogs are allowed in the clubhouse and the lawn area in front of the clubhouse, but they are not recommended inside the forest for the safety of guests.
