About Ticket Changes

■ Age Category Change

For electronic tickets, age category changes are only possible to Adult (24 years and older) if the ticket is within the valid period and unused. A difference in payment is required when making changes.
From 12:00 a.m. on September 26 (Fri), the ticket price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes, the difference will be calculated between same-day rates. (For Spectator tickets (non-reserved seats) in the free viewing area, the price for the final day on September 28 (Sun) will apply.)
* Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to Junior High School Student or U23 categories are not possible.
* Please make changes from “MobilityStation MENU > My Tickets > Change > Change to Adult (24 years and older) Ticket”.
* Tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores cannot be changed.

■Seat Change (Upgrade)

If you have an electronic ticket and there is availability, except for group seats and some tickets, tickets with an adult fare equal to or higher than the original fare can have their seat location changed or be upgraded.
The fee is the difference between the price before and after the change or upgrade for each ticket, and if the difference is 0 yen, a handling fee of "500 yen" is required.
For child and preschool children fares, if the upgrade results in a difference of less than 0 yen, neither the handling fee nor the difference will be refunded.

* You cannot change to a seat priced lower than the ticket you have already purchased.
* When making changes, please be sure to release your previous seat. Before purchasing, please check your cart contents and prices carefully to avoid additional purchases.
* Please make changes from “MobilityStation MENU > My Tickets > Change > Change Seat”.
* Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be upgraded.

About the Parking

■Designated Parking Ticket

Please present the QR code of the designated parking ticket purchased in advance at the Toll Gate. After the QR code is verified, you will be given a mirror-hanging designated parking ticket.
The following designated parking tickets specify the area. The exact parking spot cannot be designated.

・S4 Tent Area Parking Ticket (*)
・S3 Parking Ticket
・Oval Course 1 Lap Parking Ticket
・Oval Course 3 to 4 Laps Parking Ticket

・Oval Course 2 Wheels Parking Ticket

* Designated parking tickets with mirror-hanging tags showing the parking section number will be handed out in order of arrival. If you wish to park multiple vehicles in adjacent spots, please enter through the gate together.

■Purchase-Limited Products

If you select any of the following admission tickets, you can purchase additional nearby parking tickets (for a fee) as purchase-limited products.

・V-Shaped Corner Seat (Limited Quantity)

The following tickets include a complimentary nearby parking ticket as a benefit.* It is not automatically included.

・SORA Site / SORA Site (Dogs Allowed)

* If desired, customers need to select it themselves.
* If you complete your reservation with Seven-Eleven in-store ticket issuance, you cannot make additional purchases of limited products again.

About Fan Seats

Regular V seats and V seat fan seats, as well as regular Z seats and Z seat fan seats, are each separate products.
Please be sure to confirm the seat type before completing your purchase.
* When you narrow down and select a seat type, the background color of the corresponding seat type will change to indicate your selection. Other seats belong to different seat types, so please be careful when making your purchase.

● Credit Card (Ticket delivery is e-ticket only)

Available Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* In the case of debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas, card registration may not be possible.
Whether a card can be registered is determined by the payment processing service of each card company, so we are unable to respond to inquiries about this.
* When paying by credit card, you cannot choose Seven-Eleven store issuance.

●Seven-Eleven in-store payment (ticket pickup is only available at Seven-Eleven stores)

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points are not awarded), and credit cards are accepted.
Please check the Seven Ticket User Guide for payment and ticket pickup methods.
* If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store issuance and payment.
* Seven-Eleven in-store payment selection: until September 24 (Wed) 23:59. From September 25 (Thu) onward, you cannot choose Seven-Eleven in-store payment.

In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction (only for in-store payments)
Ticket issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket
* If you select Seven-Eleven in-store payment, please complete the payment procedure within the payment deadline.
Please check the deadline on My Ticket or in the purchase completion notification email. If the deadline passes, the application will become invalid.
