About Ticket Changes

■ Age Category Change

For electronic tickets, age category changes are only possible to high school student or older categories if the ticket is unused and within the validity period. A fare difference settlement is required when making changes.
From 12:00 a.m. on August 14 (Thu), the ticket price will switch to the day-of rate. Please note that any changes will be calculated based on the difference between day-of rates.
* Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to elementary school or middle school students are not allowed.
* Please make changes via “MobilityStation MENU > My Tickets > Change > Change to High School Student or Older Ticket.”
* Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be changed.

■Seat Change (Upgrade)

If you have an electronic ticket and there is availability, excluding group seats and some tickets, tickets priced for high school students and above that are the same price or higher can have their seat location changed or be upgraded.
The fee for each ticket will be the difference before and after the change or upgrade, and if the difference is 0 yen, a handling fee of "500 yen" will be required.
For child and infant fares, if the upgrade results in a difference of less than 0 yen, neither the handling fee nor the difference will be refunded.
From 12:00 a.m. on August 14 (Thu), the price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes after this time, the difference will be calculated between same-day rates.
* You cannot change to a seat that is cheaper than the price of the ticket you purchased.
* When making changes, please be sure to release your previous seat. To avoid additional purchases, please check your cart contents and prices carefully before purchasing.
* Please make changes from "MobilityStation MENU > My Tickets > Change > Change Seat."
* Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be upgraded.

About the Parking

■Designated Parking Ticket

Please present the QR code of the designated parking ticket purchased in advance at the Toll Gate. After the QR code is verified, you will be given a mirror-hanging designated parking ticket.

■Purchase-Limited Products

If you select any of the following tickets, you can purchase additional nearby parking tickets (paid) as purchase-limited products. (Limited quantity)

・VIP Suite Premium
・Grandeck
・1 Corner Terrace Sky Deck

* If you wish, you need to select this yourself.
* If your reservation is completed with in-store issuance at 7-Eleven, you cannot make additional purchases of purchase-limited products again.

* Debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted for registration.
Whether a card can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot respond to inquiries about this.

●Seven-Eleven in-store payment (ticket pickup is only available at Seven-Eleven stores)

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points are not awarded), and credit cards are accepted.
Please check the Seven Ticket User Guide for payment and ticket pickup methods.
*If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot select in-store issuance and payment.
*Seven-Eleven in-store payment selection: until August 12 (Tue) 23:59. From August 13 (Wed) onward, you cannot select Seven-Eleven in-store payment.

In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction (only for in-store payments)
Issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket
*If you select Seven-Eleven in-store payment, please complete the payment procedure within the payment deadline.
Please check the deadline on My Ticket or in the purchase confirmation email. Applications will be invalid if the deadline is missed.
