Fee List
- Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
- A fee will be charged when issuing tickets and making payments at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction
Ticket issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket
- Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)
- There is an upgrade fee for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500 yen" will apply.
- Age category change (electronic tickets only)
- Age category changes are only possible to adult tickets if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to elementary school, junior high school, or U23 are not possible.)

* In the case of debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas, card registration may not be possible. Which cards can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot provide an answer even if you inquire.

- Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points are not awarded), and credit cards are accepted.

* If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store issuance and payment.
* Seven-Eleven Store Payment can be selected until 23:59 on October 30, 2025 (Thu).
