Fee List

Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment: A fee will be charged for Seven-Eleven store ticket issuance and payment.
In-store payment fee: 260 yen per transaction
Ticket issuance fee: 130 yen per ticket

Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only): There is an upgrade fee for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500 yen" will apply.

Age category change (electronic tickets only): Age category changes are only possible to adult status if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to elementary school, junior high school, and U23 are not possible.)

Resale (Electronic Tickets Only): <Listing>
Listing Fee (per listing): Up to 13,500 yen listing amount…660 yen (tax included) 13,501 yen or more…5% of the transaction amount
Transfer Fee (per listing): 660 yen (tax included)
(Some tickets cannot be listed for resale. Tickets purchased using coupons cannot be listed.)

Credit Card (You can choose electronic ticket or Seven-Eleven store issuance for receipt): Accepted Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* Debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas may not be registered. Which cards can be registered depends on the judgment of each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot answer inquiries about this.

Seven-Eleven Store Payment (Receipt is only available at Seven-Eleven store issuance): Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points are not awarded), and credit cards are accepted.
Please check the Seven Ticket User Guide for payment and receipt methods.
Please note that there is a deadline for payment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the order will be canceled. For details on the deadline, please check the purchase completion email and My Ticket.
* If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store issuance and payment.
* Seven-Eleven store payment can be selected until 23:59 on August 21, 2025 (Thu).
