Due to violation of Article 14 of the Road Race Competition Regulations (Absence from Briefing) as per the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Supplement 4,
the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Chapter 4 MFJ Arbitration Regulations Article 35, 35-1-3 was applied, and a reprimand (submission of a written apology) penalty was imposed.
Additionally, a re-briefing fee of 5,000 yen was ordered.

Due to violation of Article 14 (Late to Briefing) of the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Supplement 4 Road Race Competition Regulations,
the penalty of admonition (submission of a written report) was applied in accordance with Article 35-1-3 of Chapter 4 of the MFJ Judging Regulations.
