Due to violation of Article 14 of the Road Race Competition Regulations, Supplement 4 of the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations (absence from briefing),
the application of Article 35-1-3 of Chapter 4 of the MFJ Arbitration Regulations of the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations has been enforced, resulting in a reprimand (submission of a written apology) and,
a penalty of 5,000 yen for re-briefing fee.

Due to a violation of Article 14 of the MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Supplement 4 Road Race Competition Regulations (Late for Briefing),
the penalty of admonition (submission of a written report) was applied in accordance with Article 35, Section 35-1-3 of Chapter 4 of the MFJ Regulations.
