Due to the "WET" declaration, according to Special Regulations Article 8 of the 2013 MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship Series Round 1,
the number of laps has been reduced by 2, making the final race 17 laps.

Due to a crash at corner 5 during the warm-up lap, a start delay was implemented according to the domestic competition regulations, Appendix 4, Article 17-4-11.
As a result of this start delay, domestic competition regulations, Appendix 4, Article 17-4-11-1 were applied, and the race was reduced to 16 laps.

Due to a violation of the domestic competition regulations, Supplement 3, 3-2-5 (regulations regarding circuit driving) during the warm-up session,
the domestic competition regulations Chapter 3, Competition, Article 32, 32-1 have been applied, resulting in a disqualification penalty.
Additionally, Supplement 4, Article 31, 31-2-3-2 of the domestic competition regulations will be applied, and a suspension of the license will be submitted to the Domestic Discipline Committee.
