Due to violation of Special Regulations Article 26 - 3) (rejoining the course after using the west shortcut),
Domestic Competition Regulations Article 31, 31-1 was applied, and a penalty of reprimand (submission of a written apology) was imposed.
Also, the times recorded after using the West Course shortcut were annulled.
