　 Due to violation of the 2006 Motegi Road Race Championship Special Regulations Chapter 3 Article 47 8-2-2(12) (Jump Start), the Domestic Competition Regulations General Rules Article 32 Section 32-1 was applied, and a Stop & Go penalty was imposed.

*2 Number 26
　 According to Domestic Competition Regulations Appendix 4, Article 4, 4-1-3-5 (Ignoring the orange ball flag), Domestic Competition Regulations General Rules Article 32, 32-1 were applied, imposing penalties of disqualification and reprimand (submission of a written report).

*3 Number 19
　 Due to violation of the 2006 Motegi Road Race Championship Special Regulations Chapter 3 Article 47 12-4-1 and 12-4-3 (Final Rider Change), the Domestic Competition Regulations General Rules Article 32 Section 32-1 was applied, and a penalty stop of 30 minutes was imposed.
