We have prepared a menu that refreshes you pleasantly after basking in the sunlight, including avocado and amanatsu orange salad, and Nikko salmon marinated in refreshing grapefruit.
Additionally, you can enjoy summer-colored sweets such as mango roll cake, peach rare cheesecake, and non-alcoholic sangria lavishly made with fruits.

At "Restaurant in the Woods, MARCHERANT," we provide an allergy list covering 29 items (9 specified ingredients and 20 ingredients equivalent to specified ingredients) so that customers with allergies can also enjoy their meals. This list will be provided along with guidance upon entering MARCHERANT.

Please note that various menu items are prepared using the same kitchen and cooking utensils, so there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed into the food during processing and cooking.
Also, due to the nature of the buffet style, shared use of serving chopsticks, tongs, etc., and the fact that dishware is washed in the same location using the same dishwasher, it is not possible to completely prevent allergen contamination; therefore, we are unable to accommodate individually tailored meals.
