Even if the weather improves afterward, if it is judged that restoring the facility is difficult, use of the facility may be refused. Examples of cases where operations may be suspended are as follows.
- When the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a forecast that the facility will enter a typhoon storm warning area
- When the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a weather warning for the relevant area
- Other cases where the facility determines that operation is difficult
・Please note that refunds cannot be provided after check-in.
・Please note that we cannot offer any compensation for damages caused by inability to use the facility due to weather conditions.

・Open flames are strictly prohibited at all sites. Please use dedicated equipment when using firewood or similar materials.
・The use of fire inside glamping sites, Log Cabins, and tents is strictly prohibited. (Examples: cooking with cassette stoves, using brought-in kerosene heaters, smoking, etc.)
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from karaoke, car stereos, and any behavior that may disturb others within the site.
・Please refrain from digging holes or grooves on the site.

・Glamping is available up to 15A x 2, and log cabins are available up to 15A. Please be aware that if you use more than this, the breaker will trip.

・Lights out is at 23:00. Please cooperate by refraining from making loud noises.
・Please dim your lantern lights to avoid disturbing those who are sleeping.

・The premises are one-way only. Please follow the signs and drive at a speed of 10 km/h or less.
・Movement by car after lights out ・Please refrain from going out except in emergencies.
・You are free to enter and exit Mobility Resort Motegi during your stay. When going outside, please present the "card" given to you at reception at the gate. The same applies for re-entry.
・We cannot take any responsibility for any car troubles (accidents, damage, etc.) caused by customers within the premises, so please take full responsibility yourself.

・Pets are not allowed within the campground premises.

・Please prepare warm cold-weather gear to cope with the cold mornings and evenings as well as during dinner (BBQ), and take sufficient measures such as wearing it while sleeping.
* Electric heaters have been installed to enhance cold weather measures; however, since the tents are made of breathable cotton, please understand that due to individual health conditions and differences, you may not feel sufficient heating effect.
