Team Composition Decision

Participants can range from junior high school students to working adults. Team managers must be 18 years or older. If you are in junior high or high school, please ask a teacher for assistance.
Mechanics can be 1 to 3. Drivers for KV-40 can be 1 to 3, and Riders for KV-Moto can be 1 to 2.

In addition to building vehicles, there are also tasks such as planning, managing, accounting, and arrangements for participating in competitions.
It seems that the teams that plan their vehicle construction and other activities systematically, without any maintenance issues, achieve good results on the day of the event without panicking.

Apply

Please check the applicable age and participation conditions again, and apply through the Mobility Resort Motegi website during the application period.
In addition to the online application, a 'Declaration and Consent Form' requires a signature and seal. Download it, print it on A4 size, and send it by mail. If the driver is under 18 years old, a seal registration or seal certificate must be submitted as proof of parental consent.

Participation Accepted

Once the application period has ended and payment has been confirmed, the schedule for the day will be determined, the pit garages for each participant will be assigned, and participants will receive vehicle passes and necessary information for entry at the gate on the day of the event.
