• Application Form (PDF: 310KB) (Please fill out and bring on the day)
• Suitable Attire for Driving
• Driver's License (Please present at reception)
• Original health insurance card (cannot be copied)

※Training vehicles are also available for rental. Please let us know your desired model when applying. (Limited to certain models and quantities)

For those who will be participating with their own vehicle

• Vehicles must comply with safety standards.
  Please be sure to notify your insurance company that you will be participating in safe driving training and confirm the scope of your insurance coverage. Please note that vehicles with illegal modifications or excessively loud exhaust noise may be required to switch to a rental vehicle.
  There are courses where tall vehicles such as SUVs and minivans cannot participate. Please contact us for more details.
  We appreciate your cooperation so that everyone can participate with peace of mind.

On the day

• Please pay the tuition fee at the reception counter (consumption tax is included in the listed price).
• Will be held even on rainy days.
