The Traffic Education Center Motegi is immediately to the left after entering through the North Gate. Please use the parking lot and bicycle parking in front of the entrance. Staff will guide you when the parking is full.

All motorcycles are rental vehicles.
Please choose your preferred vehicle from the reserved models and check it. If you want to make changes to your reservation, please consult with the instructor. (Generally, changing the model during the school is not allowed.)
Free rental gear such as protectors and helmets are available. Please prepare your own gloves.

Familiarization Driving

The driving session is finally starting. First, we will have a familiarization run led by the instructor. We will start off slowly, so even beginners can gradually get used to the bike.

The first practical item is braking. It is a practice to stop steadily, not an emergency stop.
After explaining how to use the course, the practice tasks, and observing a demonstration, the practice will begin.

Lunch is not included. Please prepare your own or use the restaurant within the park.

Balance

This is a practice for balance that will help prevent the common experience of "tipping over" and is useful for riding in the city. In addition to the classic single bridge, we will also practice practical starting and stopping, as well as U-turns.

This is basic practice for acceleration, deceleration, and turning that leads to driving on public road curves. Let's practice turning smoothly and confidently while driving at your own pace.

After driving, please assist with refueling, simple cleaning, and storing the vehicle. Once you return the protective gear, let's gather in the classroom.

The survey completion and summary of the day will conclude the school. If you have any questions about things you didn't understand during the school or any doubts regarding your usual driving, please feel free to ask.
