  Tickets will be available for purchase on Asoview! from 10:00 AM on March 7 (Sat).

  If I only purchase a lantern ticket, can I enter Mobility Resort Motegi?

  Please purchase a separate admission ticket to Mobility Resort Motegi.

  How many can be exchanged per sky lantern ticket?

  One sky lantern ticket can be exchanged for one lantern.

  What time does the sky lantern exchange start?

  The exchange is scheduled to start from 5:00 PM.

  Can I take the sky lantern home?

  You may take it home. We will also collect them at the venue.

  Can I write a message on the sky lantern?

  We will provide magic pens on the day, so it is possible.

  Is there an age restriction for participating in the event?

  There are no age restrictions. However, if you have children with you, please participate together with a companion.

  What time will the sky lanterns be launched?

  It is scheduled for 18:30. Please complete the lantern exchange by then.

  Is it possible to purchase lanterns on the day of the event?

  If sold out by the day before, it will not be possible to purchase on the day.

  Will the event be held even in strong winds or rain?

  The event will be canceled in severe weather. In that case, the lantern fee will be refunded.

  First Parent-Child Bicycle Class Q&A

  How can I participate in the parent-child bicycle class?

  Please apply through the reservation form and come on the day. Please also purchase a separate admission ticket to Mobility Resort Motegi.

  Is there an age limit for children to participate?

  There is no age limit. Children with a height between 95 and 125 cm can participate regardless of their age.

  I want to participate with two children; is it okay if there is only one parent?

  At least one guardian must accompany each child.
  Therefore, if two children participate, two guardians are also required, and two applications must be submitted.

  Is it possible to carry a child in a baby carrier?

  For safety reasons, participation while carrying a child in a baby carrier is not allowed.

  Do I need to bring a bicycle or helmet?

  Bicycles for use are provided. Helmets are also available for loan, but since sizes may not fit, we recommend bringing your own.

  Can parents participate wearing skirts, heels, or leather shoes?

  Please refrain from participating in clothing or shoes that restrict movement. Please participate in clothing and shoes suitable for exercise.

  Will the program be canceled in case of rain?

  The program may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, the program participation fee will be refunded.
  * We cannot guarantee reimbursement for transportation expenses to Mobility Resort Motegi.

  Is it possible to observe the parent-child bicycle class?

  Yes, it is possible. If the observer is 6 years old or younger, one guardian must accompany them as well.
