The 1st Rider and 3rd Rider were found in violation of the 2013 Motegi Open 7-Hour Endurance Road Race Special Regulations Chapter 1, Article 11-3 (Rider Qualification),
and a petition for participation was submitted. The review committee allowed participation on the condition of not being selected for the 7-hour endurance race.

Due to violation of the 2013 Motegi Open 7-Hour Endurance Road Race Special Regulations Chapter 5, Article 35-1 and Article 35-2
(the 3rd Rider ran in the 2nd Rider's starting slot),
