From what age is a fee required?

Children under 3 years old are free of charge. Preschool children aged 3 and above require a preschool child fee.

The following attractions can be enjoyed for free. Only the accompanying person is required to pay a fee for use.
・Off-Road Adventure DEKOBOKO (Ages 2 and up, accompanied by a junior high school student or older)
・Osanpo Denden, Forest Driving School (Ages 0 and up who can sit alone, accompanied by a junior high school student or older)

Can I use the attraction directly with a ticket purchased in advance?

Please exchange it for a Park Passport at either the Park Ticket Office, Hello Woods Information, or Racing Kart Reception before use.

Refunds are not provided after purchase.

If you present your purchase receipt or the advance purchase screen, we will reissue it once.

Can I use the attractions wearing sandals, Crocs, heels, etc.?

Use of footwear unsuitable for exercise is not allowed.
Each attraction also offers rental shoes. Please wear socks when using rental shoes.
