This is information on how to apply for 2 wheels and 4 wheels events and schools held at Mobility Resort Motegi, as well as details on equipment and regulations.

Preparation for Participation

  • Vehicles used for circuit driving will perform continuous high-speed driving, so please make the necessary preparations.
  • When participating in the program, please wear equipment that complies with the "Equipment Regulations" (PDF: 169KB) and "Vehicle Regulations" (PDF: 699KB) from the perspective of your own safety.
  • Please prepare protective tape for lenses and tape for attaching race numbers, such as duct tape or masking tape.
  • For the 2 wheels program with time measurement, please prepare a "zip tie" to secure the measuring device (transponder).

Application and Participation Acceptance

Application

  • In principle, we start accepting applications two months before the event date.
  • Customers who are not MCoM or SMSC members (non-members) are required to enroll in the Motegi and Suzuka Mutual Aid Association (comprehensive accident insurance).
  • The insurance enrollment fee is included in the participation fee for non-members and general participants.

Participation Acceptance

  • You will receive a "Participation Acceptance Notification" email about 10 to 7 days before the event date.
  • Please check the various materials on the "Participant Information Download Page" mentioned in the acceptance email.
    *Please print the pledge and submit it at the registration desk on the day of the event.

  • In principle, we distribute materials online for the purpose of going paperless.

Day of Participation

Let's go to the venue

  • You can enter from the South and North Gates starting at 5 AM on the day of the event.
  • Please present a printed copy of the participation acceptance letter or the acceptance letter screen to the staff upon entry.
  • In the Racing Course program, a designated area for the pit garages will be provided. Please use it with consideration for others.
  • Please print the "Declaration" in advance and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

Registration

  • Registration will be conducted at the scheduled time.
  • Members: Present membership card and submit the pledge.
  • Non-member customers: Presentation of driver's license, submission of a pledge and provisional mutual aid membership.
  • Distribution of race numbers, procedures for borrowing measuring devices, and distribution of lunch vouchers will be conducted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible after application, but cancellation fees will apply from 7 days before the event.

Event Cancellation and Others

  • In principle, the event will proceed regardless of rain.
  • In the event of significant weather changes, we will modify the content of the program and hold it accordingly.
  • In the event of cancellation, we will notify you at the email address you registered at the time of application by around 3 PM the day before.
  • In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, refunds will be processed after deducting handling fees.
  • Each program has a "minimum number of participants" set. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum by the application deadline, the program will be canceled.
