How to Renew Expired License Holders

If the validity period has expired, the license will be treated as suspended for 3 years, and if more than 3 years have passed, it will be treated as a new membership.
Example: For a license with an expiration date of (Sun) February 28, 2021, the renewal deadline is (Wed) February 28, 2024.

The renewal procedure will be conducted online. An email address is required as the login account.
If you have not registered an email address, please contact the office of the license you wish to renew.

Regarding the Submission of the Minor's Pledge and Consent Form

Minors (under 18 years old) are required to submit a pledge and consent form. Please submit a seal registration certificate of the guardian (legal representative) issued within the last 3 months.
* Please submit it to the office of the license you are renewing.

[About Medical Check]

If there has been a change in your health status since joining, please be sure to report it through the online medical check.

[Others]

• If the validity period has expired, it will be treated as a leave of absence, and if the renewal procedure is not completed within the 3 years of the leave of absence, it will be automatically canceled.
• Online renewal applications can be made at any time, but please note that it may take some time to complete the process, so thank you for your understanding.
• The license validity period is one year.
  Example: Renewed on September 1 → Valid until the end of September the following year
