What is "K-TAI"?

"K-TAI" is a kart endurance event that can be enjoyed by both beginners and heavy users!

"K-TAI" is the largest kart endurance event using 4-cycle engine sports karts and electric karts, with up to 120 participants at the Mobility Resort Motegi Racing Course.
In "K-TAI," to ensure even motorsports beginners can enjoy, we hold lectures during practice sessions and provide course guidance via bus rides. Of course, participants can also drive on the actual racing course in advance.
Please be sure to join the grand kart event festival with many participants every year, the "2025 Motegi KART Endurance Festival 'K-TAI'"!

“K-TAI” requires various submission documents such as participation application, team registration, and vehicle change application forms.
To ensure the event proceeds smoothly, please be sure to adhere to the submission deadlines.

"K-TAI" includes various groups such as school or company friends, family, and cart companions. The person who has the most fun wins! So please join us with your fun companions.

Meet the eligibility requirements!

At "K-TAI", we have set up several eligibility requirements to ensure that even those who are driving on the circuit for the first time can safely participate.

■Competition License / MCoM・SMSC License for those who do not have one

Participate in the open practice session, attend the "K-TAI" workshop, and practice driving.

■Competitive License / MCoM・SMSC License Holders

Participate in open practice and perform practice runs.

From June 8 (Sun) 10:00 to July 13 (Sun) is the entry acceptance period.

Application via WEB Entry

First, to participate, please proceed with the entry using the following details.
Applications will close once the participant limit is reached, so thank you for your understanding.
Applications are limited to one per team.

* If you have a preferred race number, please apply for it together.
* The application URL will be posted on the “K-TAI” homepage as soon as it is decided.

Participation Fee
Enjoy 7-hour Endurance 88,000 yen/1 team

For those who are not MCoM Members or SMSC Members, a fee separate from the participation fee is required as a registration fee.
Additionally, the MS Mutual Aid Association membership fee will be charged each time you participate in trial runs, open practice sessions, or on the day of the event.

What is an MCoM Member?

MCoM is a membership system established for those who use the courses at Mobility Resort Motegi.

What is an SMSC member?

SMSC (Suzuka Motorsports Club) is a membership program established for those who wish to use the courses at Suzuka Circuit.

Become a member of MCoM's "K-TAI" and save money!

For example, if you participate in an open practice session or a trial run as a non-member, or on a "K-TAI" device.

MS Provisional Mutual Aid Fee @ 7,000 yen × 3 = 21,000 yen + Driver Registration Fee 5,000 yen = 26,000 yen

Become a member of MCoM's "K-TAI" exclusive club and participate in open practice sessions and test runs with "K-TAI".

MCoM "K-TAI" Limited Membership Registration Fee (MS Mutual Aid Membership Fee 10,000 yen per year + Registration Fee 5,500 yen) = 15,500 yen

Since the membership fee is paid annually, there is no need to pay each time.

※Test drive and open practice fees are required separately.

Register your team's composition, including team name and drivers!

Once your entry is complete, the team composition registration form will be sent from the secretariat. Please register drivers, pit crew, helpers, vehicles, team name, and so on.
The submission deadline is August 5 (Tue).

Practice sessions will be held three times before the main event!

During the open practice sessions, you can ride a bus tour of the course designed for beginners and also drive on the actual course used in the main event.
Additionally, the “K-TAI” workshop and the representatives' meeting, which are part of the participation requirements, will be held, so please be sure to join.

Let's confirm the registered information on the acceptance letter!

We will send the participation acceptance letter after August 26, so please check to ensure there are no discrepancies in the contents.
Also, important announcements regarding the tournament may be enclosed, so representatives are requested to check all documents.

Event week is finally here! Let's head to the venue fully prepared!

Please check the acceptance letter you received to ensure there are no mistakes.
Please be careful not to forget items such as tools necessary for vehicle maintenance, as well as raincoats and stopwatches used by the pit crew, in addition to the vehicle and driver equipment.
Also, please note that registration and vehicle inspection are only available on the preceding Saturday.

Final Event is Finally Here!

Final Event is Finally Here! The grid will be decided by lottery.
After the briefing, the final race will begin. In "K-TAI," the winner is not the fastest person, but the one who enjoys it the most.
We hope you enjoy the 7-hour endurance event with your friends and family.

Conditions for Participation

1. Driver Qualifications

Meet one of the following conditions A, B, or C and drive at least once on the Mobility Resort Motegi Racing Course during open practice or special sports driving.

  • A) Participated as a driver in the 2024 "K-TAI".
  • B) Owns a competition license.
  • C) Participate in one of the three "open practices".
Condition C requires participants to be at least 16 years old and hold a moped license or higher.
Also, please be sure to attend the "K-TAI" workshop held on the day of the open practice.

2. Drivers can register 3-10 people, and pit crew/helpers can register 1-11 people.

■Driver Registration

Please gather 3 to 10 drivers to participate. However, drivers cannot be registered in multiple teams. If you register only the minimum of 3 drivers and someone becomes unable to participate due to sudden circumstances, the entire team will not be able to participate. It is recommended to register with 4 or more drivers if possible. Also, please note that if a driver under junior high school age is registered, the pit stay time will be added.

■Registration for Pit Crew/Helpers

Up to 11 pit crew/helpers can be registered.
Please register at least one pit crew member. (Must be 16 years or older.)
Cannot be registered as both a driver and pit crew.

3. Registration of team representative is required, and team representative is obligated to attend "Representative Meeting".

We will explain the precautions for participating in "K-TAI" to the representative. Please be sure to participate. The meeting will be held on the open practice day.
