We are open even on rainy days. Please note that there are areas that may be slippery due to wetness and areas where water droplets may fall from above, as there is no roof. There is a possibility that your clothes may get dirty, so please use at your own discretion.
Is the business open even when it gets dark?
We are open during business hours. The aisles are lit with spotlights, but there are also areas where it may be difficult to see your footing, so please use caution when using them.
Can even small children play?
Children aged 3 and above can use the facilities. Children under 3 years old are kindly asked to wait with their families. There is an indoor resting room (Center Lounge) and Gelateria in the Woods, ROCCO (gelato) available, so please feel free to use them while waiting.

We will keep your belongings at the reception desk. Please let us know when you return.
Is there a luggage storage area?
Located next to the reception desk. Please store large luggage on the shelves as it may cause inconvenience when crouching or moving through narrow passages in the maze. Please only keep valuables with you. Please let us know if you need to retrieve your items.

Inside the maze, there are stairs and places where you need to bend your body or move around, so we ask that caregivers accompany you at all times. Depending on the level of disability, we kindly ask for your understanding in determining whether or not to use the facility.
Where is the nearest restroom?
Mobility Resort Motegi Park "Children's Toilet" is the closest, about 100m across the road. There is no toilet inside the maze, so please use it after you have finished beforehand.

It takes about 30 minutes to enjoy each floor while collecting 14 stamps.
