"Motegi Skill Up Adventure" aims to build better relationships and develop the ability to utilize oneself through group activities focused on problem solving.

What is important in this program is not how things are approached, done, or processed, but rather focusing on the activities and experiences.

In addition, we do not directly teach methods for solving problems or provide hints that lead to answers.

Through the process of challenging things that we didn't think we could do at first with our colleagues, and through trial and error, we gather the wisdom of each individual and support learning from each other as members, as we overcome moments of success and failure on the edge of a cliff.

In addition, it is very important to create a safe and secure environment where you can learn while having fun when implementing the program.

Adventure (adventurous activities) programs require a safe atmosphere and an environment where you can freely express your thoughts and be challenged to push your limits.

In this program, we will engage in various activities to bring about positive changes in relationships within the group.

Some activities may seem impossible to solve or cannot be solved alone.
In the process of finding a solution, you will be encouraged to think creatively without being bound by conventional ideas and have the opportunity to challenge yourself.

Ice Breaking Warm-up

We will engage in activities to relax our bodies and minds. We will also give each other nicknames and do light warm-up exercises to help shorten the psychological distance between us and the instructors we meet for the first time.

As the atmosphere of the venue gradually becomes more relaxed, we will engage in activities that may feel a little embarrassing or involve big gestures in order to create an open-minded environment.
These activities will bring smiles to the participants and create a sense of security within the group.

Activity

We will adapt and combine the most suitable activities for each group according to their current state and growth stage.
The activities used in "Motegi Skill Up Adventure" are based on three essences: "Trust and Empathy", "Communication", and "Decision Making and Problem Solving".

◆ Trust and Empathy

Through activities that make us feel psychologically and physically at risk, we can experience a sense of security within our group, as if we are being protected.

◆ Communication

This is intended to enhance the ability to express opinions and emotions. Through deepening discussions, leadership talents and skills can also be nurtured within group activities.

◆ Decision Making and Problem Solving

From simple to complex, we will gain experience in trying various problems and communicating effectively by cooperating with each other. We will learn to be patient and listen to others in order to cooperate. By trial and error, we can learn the process of decision-making and problem-solving.

Review

We will actively create opportunities to "learn from experience" by organizing and giving meaning to the insights and learnings gained through activities, rather than simply ending with the experience itself.
