Request to Customers

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points to ensure that our guests can enjoy a safe, secure, and comfortable experience.
* The use of unauthorized small aircraft (drones, radio-controlled devices, etc.) within the facility is prohibited as it may interfere with operations.

About ticket handling

  • Regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage), reissuance will not be done under any circumstances.
  • Tickets purchased through user operations cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason. However, exceptions apply for additions or changes made using functions provided by this service and refunds in cases where the event is canceled.
    Even if duplicate purchases are made due to user input errors or communication environment issues, our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for such payments.
    Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off periods.
  • It is prohibited to illegally resell tickets purchased by users using any service other than the official resale service provided by our company, as well as to delegate illegal resale to third parties. Listing on auctions and internet auctions is also included. In case of violation, the validity of the tickets may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *Please note that it may be sold out.
  • If you do not have your ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
    * Receipts, payment confirmations, web purchase screens, photos of tickets, etc. cannot be used for entry.

How to Enter

  • If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket: How to enter the parking lot: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the toll gate*. *North Gate, South Gate
  • How to Enter the Entrance Gate: Please present one "admission ticket" per person to the staff at the entrance gate.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or perform "distribution" at the Mobility Station so that each person can have their own ticket.

    * We recommend saving the QR code by screenshot or other means (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication disruptions).
    The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please have a screen ready where the time display is moving under normal conditions.

About the Toll Gate* *North Gate, South Gate

  • Customers with advance parking tickets should prepare one ticket (QR code) for each car or motorcycle in advance and present it to the staff upon entry.
  • Congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the toll gates on race day. Please allow plenty of time when coming to the venue.

About the Parking

  • Please follow the guidance of the staff and park your vehicle in the designated areas.
  • To allow many customers to use the parking lot, please refrain from reserving parking spaces for long periods or over wide areas with luggage or other items.
    Luggage used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or other issues that may occur during removal or relocation.
  • The use of wheelchair-only parking is limited to the customers listed below. Thank you for your understanding.
    Customers using wheelchairs and those with mobility impairments (difficulty walking). *A disability certificate must be presented to use the wheelchair-only parking.
  • Setting up tents or reserving spots in the parking area outside of the admission area is not allowed, as well as the use of fire. >>For information on the tent camping area, click here
  • We do not take any responsibility for vehicle damage, collisions, accidents, or thefts that occur in the parking lot.

Request at Exit

  • After the competition ends, traffic control will be implemented inside the venue to ease congestion. Please cooperate by following the staff's guidance when exiting.
    * To ease congestion, you may be directed to exit through a different gate than the one you entered.

About Watching

  • Mobility Resort Motegi implements designated smoking areas. Customers who wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking spaces.
    Please note that all spectator seats are non-smoking areas, including electronic cigarettes.
  • To accommodate many guests, please refrain from reserving spectator spaces or areas for long periods or over wide areas using luggage or other items. Since aisles serve as emergency evacuation routes, please do not place luggage there.
    Luggage used to reserve a spot may be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during removal or relocation.

    • Leisure sheet, rope, adhesive tape, tent, table, chair
    • ・Chains, wire ropes, chains, padlocks, etc. *Please note that we may cut them during removal.
  • Please refrain from the following matters.
    • - Watching from stairs and corridors, use of fire, photography with tripods (monopods) outside designated areas, bringing or using self-propelled vehicles such as bicycles and kickboards (excluding wheelchairs) in spectator areas and paddocks, actions that disturb other customers, and actions that hinder the progress of the event.
    • * Please refrain from using large flags, microphones, and cheer horns.
      Bringing in large gas horns or other items that may explode is prohibited.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.
<Items Not Allowed to Be Brought Into the Venue>
  • Items that may generate explosives, explosions, ignition, or toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may harm other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large quantities of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, scissors, and other sharp objects or items that could be used as weapons.
  • Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, cause inconvenience to others, or pose a danger.
  • ・Placards, banners, etc. that slander or defame.
  • Items that are not permitted to be possessed according to other laws and regulations.
Items not allowed in the viewing area
  • ・Entry to the viewing area with dogs (Please use the dog-friendly viewing area.)
  • ・Bicycles and kickboards (including electric ones) are allowed. Please use the bicycle parking area. Thank you for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

About Shooting

  • The act of distributing audio, video, etc. as videos accessible to an unspecified large number of viewers via the internet or other media without permission, as well as filming activities that cause inconvenience to other customers, are prohibited.
    Prior permission is required for photography or video recording for commercial or profit-making purposes.
  • Your likeness may be captured. The recorded video, audio, and images may be used for the purposes listed below, so please check before your visit.

About Tent Camping

In the designated camping area within the venue, called the "Tent Camping Area," tent camping is allowed. Reservations are not accepted, and usage is on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited space available.

  • Location: E0, S4 Parking Lot
  • Schedule: May 17 (Sat) Gate opening time – May 18 (Sun) 6:00 AM
  • Fee: Free 
    *If you use the Tent Camping Area, you will need a prepaid parking ticket or a parking ticket for May 18 (Sun) on the day.
  • Reservations: We do not accept reservations. Please come directly to the tent camping area on the day of your visit. (You can secure a spot in the order of your arrival.)

Precautions for Tent Camping Area

  • Requests for each tent camping area in the E0 and S4 parking lots.
    Please make sure that all tents, equipment, and other belongings are completely packed up by 6:00 AM on May 18 (Sun).
    Each tent camping area will be used as a parking lot on May 18 (Sun).
  • There are no restrooms or water facilities in the E0 and S4 parking lots. Please use the restrooms located in front of the S2 and S3 parking lots.
  • Please refrain from open flames. Please use barbecue grills, gas burners, etc.
  • Camping is not allowed in parking areas other than the admission area for tent camping.
  • Please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
  • Please stop engines after 9:00 PM on May 17 (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-producing equipment.
  • We kindly ask you to refrain from drinking and driving.
  • The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from actions that may disturb other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that many guests can enjoy their time comfortably.

About staying in the parking lot (car camping)

Staying overnight in the parking lot (car camping) is allowed in all parking areas except the Oval Course parking lot. If you use car camping, you will need a pre-sale parking ticket or a same-day parking ticket for May 18 (Sun).

Precautions for staying in the parking lot (car camping)

  • In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces. Luggage used to secure a space may be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during removal or relocation.
  • Please stop engines after 9:00 PM on May 17 (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-producing equipment.
  • When using car camping, please refrain from setting up tables, chairs, etc. in other parking spaces.
  • There are no facilities such as toilets or water supply. Please use the surrounding facilities.
  • We kindly ask you to refrain from drinking and driving.
  • The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from actions that may disturb other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that many guests can enjoy their time comfortably.
