Note 1: On September 26 (Fri), the North Gate and South Gate will open at 2:00, but parking in all designated parking lots will be available from 7:30. Those with designated parking tickets are kindly asked to follow the instructions of the security staff and wait in the general parking lots on site until 7:30.

In holding the "2025 FIM MotoGP™ World Championship Series Round 17 Grand Prix of Japan," we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points so that all visitors can spend their time safely, securely, and comfortably.

About ticket handling

  • Regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage), reissuance will not be done under any circumstances.
  • Tickets purchased by users cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in cases where additional changes are made using the functions provided by this service or if the event is canceled.
    The company is not responsible for duplicate purchases made due to user input errors or communication environment issues. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for the payment.
    Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off regulations.
  • It is prohibited to illegally resell tickets purchased by users using any service other than the official resale service provided by our company, as well as to delegate illegal resale to third parties. Listing on auctions and internet auctions is also included. In case of violation, the validity of the tickets may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *Please note that it may be sold out.
  • If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed entry for any reason, so thank you for your understanding.
    * Receipts, invoices, web purchase screens, or photos of tickets will not be accepted for entry.

How to Enter

  • [If you have an advance parking ticket] How to enter the parking lot: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate, East Gate
  • How to Enter the Gate Shop: Please present one "Spectator Ticket" per person to the staff at the Gate Shop.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own.

    * We recommend saving the QR code as a screenshot or similar (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system or communication failures).
    The current time is displayed below the QR code. Please have a screen with a moving time display ready during normal conditions.
  • How to Enter with Reserved Seat Tickets and Paddock Passes: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per person to the staff at the entrance.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own.

  • How to Enter the Executive Suite, VIP SUITE, and VIP Suite Premium: Upon your first entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the first floor of the Center House. The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket, and then exchange it for a valid pass for the duration of the event. Please use the exchanged pass during the race and event period.
    * If you have multiple tickets consolidated on one device, it is possible to hand all tickets to the representative holding the device.
    * If you print tickets at home in advance or use the “distribution” function on MobilityStation so that each person has their own ticket, passes can be issued individually.

About the entrance gate* *North Gate, South Gate

  • Customers with advance parking tickets should prepare one ticket (QR code) for each car or motorcycle in advance and present it to the staff upon entry.
  • The designated parking lots correspond to specific entrance gates. Please check your ticket information and the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan ticket page carefully to ensure you enter through the correct gate.>> Click here for parking ticket information
  • On the day of the final race, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the entrance gates. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

About the Parking

  • Designated parking tickets specify the entrance gate for entry. Customers with designated parking tickets should check their ticket information and the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan ticket page, and enter through the specified entrance gate.
  • Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lanes at each gate.
  • When driving inside the venue, please adhere to the speed limit of 30 km/h and drive safely.
  • Please refrain from parking anything other than cars in the 4 wheels parking spaces.
  • Please be sure to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle on the premises.
  • Please use the parking area when using motorcycles or bicycles.
    * Motorcycles and bicycles parked outside the designated parking area will be moved. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces with your luggage or other items. Items used to secure a space may be removed or relocated.

  • Vehicle passage between S1 parking lot and the Main Information Center is not allowed.
  • Setting up tents, spreading out chairs and tables, and eating and drinking in a way that inconveniences other customers in the parking lot is not allowed.
  • Please manage your own luggage and helmets after parking your vehicle or bicycle.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for vehicle damage, collisions, accidents, or thefts that occur in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding.

Request at Exit

  • After the race or event, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion within the venue. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the guidance of the staff when exiting.
    * To ease congestion, you may be directed to a different gate than the one you entered.

About Watching

  • At the designated seat entrance, please prepare your ticket (QR code) in advance for each person and present it to the staff.
  • If you are waving a support flag, please be careful not to obstruct the viewing of other customers.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi implements a designated smoking area within the premises. All spectator seats, including those for electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking. Therefore, customers who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking spaces.
  • Please refrain from the following matters.
    • ・Securing viewing seats and areas for long periods and over a wide range with luggage, etc.
      *Luggage used for securing a location may be removed or relocated. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during removal or relocation, so thank you for your understanding.
      Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tape, padlocks, etc.
      *We may cut them if necessary.
    • Watching from stairs and corridors, use of fire, photography with tripods (monopods), bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. into the viewing area and paddock, bringing in or using drones, actions that disturb other customers, and actions that hinder the progress of the event.
    • ・Bringing in or using large gas horns and other items that may pose an explosion risk.
    • ・Use of umbrellas in the Grandstand. *Please use rainwear, etc.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may hinder operations, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.
<Items not allowed inside the venue>
  • Items that may generate explosives, explosions, ignition, or toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may harm other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large quantities of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, scissors, and other sharp objects or items that could be used as weapons.
  • Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, cause inconvenience to others, or pose a danger.
  • ・Placards, banners, etc. that slander or defame.
  • Items that are not permitted to be possessed according to other laws and regulations.
Items not allowed in the viewing area
  • ・Entry to the spectator area for pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) is not allowed (please use the designated area for watching with dogs).
  • ・Bicycles and kickboards (including electric ones) are allowed. Please use the bicycle parking area. Thank you for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

About Shooting

  • The act of distributing audio and video without permission as videos that can be viewed by an unspecified number of people through the internet and other media, as well as filming that may disturb other customers, is prohibited.
    If you wish to take photographs or videos for commercial or profit-making purposes, prior permission is required.
  • Your likeness may be captured. The recorded video, audio, and images may be used for the purposes listed below, so please check before your visit.

About Tent Camping and Sleeping in Vehicles

In the specially designated area within the venue, the "Tent Camping Area" allows for tent camping. No reservation is required, but access is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Requests for N5, S2 Side Green Park, and each Admission area where tent camping is allowed.
    Please be sure to clear away tents and the like by 6:00 AM on September 27 (Sat) and 28 (Sun).
    Each Admission area will be used as a parking lot.
  • Fee: Free, however, if you are using the tent camping area, advance parking tickets or same-day parking tickets are required.
  • Reservation: No reservation is required, so please come directly to the tent camping area on the day. (You will secure a spot in the order you arrive.)
    *If the tent camping area is full, we will guide you to another area temporarily.
Precautions
  • 1. The use of open flames is prohibited.
    (Please handle lighters, cooking utensils, and other items in accordance with their proper usage, ensuring your own safety and the safety of those around you.)
  • 2. Camping is not allowed in parking areas other than the tent camping area.
  • 3. In the tent camping area, please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff for safety.
  • 4. Please stop idling when parking in the tent camping area.
  • 5. In the car camping area, please be considerate so as not to cause inconvenience to others.

Direct buses to Mobility Resort Motegi will be operated.

  • At the entrance to the reserved seating, we will check your admission ticket.
    Please have your admission ticket ready and present it to the staff one person at a time.
  • The free seating area for dogs can be used with a free seating ticket, but there are no reserved seats available.
  • In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving viewing areas for long periods or over a wide range.
    Items used to secure viewing areas as listed below may be moved, so thank you for your understanding.
    ・Securing viewing areas with leisure sheets, ropes, etc.
    ・Securing viewing areas using chairs, etc.
    ・Securing viewing areas using chains, wire ropes, etc. (Please note that they may be cut during removal.)
    *Please refrain from securing viewing areas or leaving luggage, as aisles also serve as emergency evacuation routes.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi implements a smoking ban within the venue. All spectator seats are non-smoking, so thank you for your understanding.
    Customers who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking areas.
  • Please refrain from the following:
    ・Watching from stairs or aisles
    ・Use of fire
    ・Photography using tripods (monopods)
    ・Bringing and using bicycles or kickboards in the viewing area and paddock
    ・Actions that may disturb other guests or hinder the progress of the event
    * Please use large flags, microphones, and cheer horns with consideration of the surrounding situation.
    Additionally, please refrain from bringing items that may pose an explosion risk, such as large gas horns.

Parking and Entrance Gate Information

At the "2025 FIM MotoGP™ World Championship Series Round 17 Grand Prix of Japan," the area around the Central Entrance will be used as an event venue, and to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, the section between the S1 Parking Lot and in front of the Main Information Center will be designated as a vehicle traffic restriction zone.
When entering by car, please check your parking ticket and be careful not to mistake the gates.

Due to traffic measures, you may be guided to a different gate than the one you entered when exiting. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are arriving on 2 wheels, please enter through the South Gate.
