We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points to ensure that our guests can enjoy a safe, secure, and comfortable experience.
* The use of small aircraft (drones, remote control, etc.) within the facility is discouraged as it may interfere with operations.
About ticket handling
- Regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage), reissuance will not be done under any circumstances.
- Tickets purchased by users cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in cases where additional changes are made using the functions provided by this service or if the event is canceled.
The company is not responsible for duplicate purchases made due to user input errors or communication environment issues. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for the payment.
Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off regulations.
- It is prohibited to illegally resell tickets purchased by users using any service other than the official resale service provided by our company, as well as to delegate illegal resale to third parties. Listing on auctions and internet auctions is also included. In case of violation, the validity of the tickets may be revoked.
- If lost, please purchase again. *Please note that it may be sold out.
- If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed entry for any reason, so thank you for your understanding.
* Receipts, invoices, web purchase screens, or photos of tickets will not be accepted for entry.

How to Enter
- If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket: How to enter the parking lot: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the toll gate*. *North Gate, South Gate
- Entry Gate Admission Method: Please present one "Viewing Ticket" to the staff at the entry gate for each person.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated terminal to verify the ticket.
*If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is smoother to print them at home in advance or to perform "distribution" at the Mobility Station, and have each person carry their own.

*It is recommended to save the QR code via screenshot or similar methods (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication issues).
The current time will be displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please have a screen showing the moving time display during normal times.
About the Toll Gate* *North Gate, South Gate
- Customers with advance parking tickets should prepare one ticket (QR code) for each car or motorcycle in advance and present it to the staff upon entry.
- The designated parking lot specifies the toll gate for entry. Please check the parking information you have purchased and be careful not to make a mistake with the toll gate. >> Click here for parking ticket information
- A designated parking priority lane is provided at the toll gate.
- Traffic congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and toll gates on the day of the event. Please allow plenty of time to arrive.
About the Parking
- Please follow the guidance of the staff and park your vehicle in the designated areas.
- At the entrance of the designated parking lot, we will check your parking ticket. Please attach the parking ticket to your rearview mirror for use.
- In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces for long periods or over a wide area with your luggage, etc.
Luggage used to secure a parking space will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during removal or relocation.
About Watching Fireworks
- Please enjoy the fireworks while seated.
- The Grandstand is all reserved seating.
- The lighting in the venue will be turned off just before the fireworks display for the performance of the fireworks.
- Please move to your seats with plenty of time. *Please check your seats before the lights go out.
- Please refrain from reserving more space than the number of people using the free seating area.
- At the reserved seat entrance, we will check your reserved seat ticket. Please prepare your ticket (QR code) in advance for each person and present it to the staff.
- The Grandstand corridor serves as an emergency evacuation route, so please refrain from reserving spots or leaving luggage.

- ・Viewing from stairs and aisles
・Use of open flames
・Photography using tripods (monopods) in shared spaces such as aisles and the central entrance within the Grandstand
- Bicycles and kickboards are allowed in the viewing area.
- Acts that may disturb other customers or hinder the progress of the event

Tripods (monopods) can be used in the following seats.

About changes in weather, thunder, and earthquakes
- Depending on the weather conditions on the day, the fireworks launch time may be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of a thunderstorm, you may need to take refuge in your own vehicle.
Please confirm the parking location where you parked on that day.
- In the event of an earthquake, please remain seated and wait in place until the shaking has stopped when an emergency earthquake alert is issued. Once the safety of the venue has been confirmed and secured, staff will guide you.
Precautions within the venue
- When moving around the venue by car or motorcycle, please adhere to the speed limit of 30 km/h and drive safely.
- The use of wheelchair-accessible parking is limited to the following customers, thank you for your understanding.
Customers in wheelchairs, customers with limited mobility (difficulty walking), etc.
*Please present a disability certificate to use the wheelchair-accessible parking.
- Except for the SORA site and the free seating area for dogs, pets are not allowed in the spectator seats such as the Grandstand and group seating.
- We do not take any responsibility for vehicle damage, collisions, accidents, or thefts that occur in the parking lot.
- Mobility Resort Motegi has implemented a smoking ban in the venue, and all spectator seats are non-smoking. (This includes electronic cigarettes.)
Customers who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking areas.
- The use of small aircraft (drones, remote control, etc.) without permission within the facility is discouraged as it may interfere with operations.
- Please refrain from using bicycles and kickboards.
About Bringing Items
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.

- Items that may generate explosives, explosions, ignition, or toxic gases.

- ・Entry to the viewing area for pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) is not allowed (please use the designated viewing area for dogs).
- ・Bicycles and kickboards (including electric ones) are allowed. Please use the bicycle parking area. Thank you for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.
About Shooting
- The act of distributing audio and video without permission as videos that can be viewed by an unspecified number of people through the internet and other media, as well as filming that may disturb other customers, is prohibited.
If you wish to take photographs or videos for commercial or profit-making purposes, prior permission is required.
- Your likeness may be captured. The recorded video, audio, and images may be used for the purposes listed below, so please check before your visit.

For customers arriving by motorcycle

The area around the Central Entrance will be the event venue for "Suntory The Premium Malt's Mobility Resort Motegi Firework Festival Sound and Light Symphony". Accordingly,
The section from S1 Parking Lot to the Main Information Center will not allow vehicle passage. Customers with designated parking tickets should check the parking information purchased upon entry and be careful not to confuse the North and South Gates.
*Guests staying overnight should enter through the North Gate.
*Please enter through the South Gate with S1, S2, S3 designated parking tickets, East Entrance parking tickets, and 2 wheels parking tickets.
