We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points to ensure that all visitors can spend their time safely, securely, and comfortably.
About ticket handling
- Regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage), reissuance will not be done under any circumstances.
- Tickets purchased through user operations cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason. However, exceptions apply for additions or changes made using functions provided by this service and refunds in cases where the event is canceled.
Even if duplicate purchases are made due to user input errors or communication environment issues, our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for such payments.
Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off periods.
- It is prohibited to illegally resell tickets purchased by users using any service other than the official resale service provided by our company, as well as to delegate illegal resale to third parties. Listing on auctions and internet auctions is also included. In case of violation, the validity of the tickets may be revoked.
- If lost, please purchase again. *Please note that it may be sold out.
- If you do not have your ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
* Receipts, payment confirmations, web purchase screens, photos of tickets, etc. cannot be used for entry.

How to Enter
- [If you have an advance parking ticket] How to enter the parking lot: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate
- How to Enter the Entrance Gate: Please present one "admission ticket" per person to the staff at the entrance gate.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
* If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother to print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person can bring their own ticket.

* We recommend saving the QR code by screenshot or other means (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication disruptions).
The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please have a screen ready where the time display is moving under normal conditions.
About the entrance gate* *North Gate, South Gate
- Customers with advance parking tickets should prepare one ticket (QR code) for each car or motorcycle in advance and present it to the staff upon entry.
- The designated parking lot specifies the entrance gate for entry. Please check the parking information you purchased and be careful not to mistake the entrance gate.>>Click here for parking ticket information
- A priority lane for designated parking lots is provided at the entrance gate.
- Congestion is expected on surrounding roads and at the entrance gates on the day. Please allow plenty of time when coming to the venue.
About the Parking
- Please follow the guidance of the staff and park your vehicle in the designated areas.
- At the entrance of the designated parking lot, we will check your parking ticket. Please attach the parking ticket to your rearview mirror for use.
- To allow many customers to use the parking lot, please refrain from reserving parking spaces for long periods or over wide areas with luggage or other items.
Luggage used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or other issues that may occur during removal or relocation.
For customers arriving by motorcycle
- When visiting, please observe traffic rules and manners, and enter safely through the South Gate.
- Please be sure to wear a helmet when moving around the venue.
- Please make sure to manage your belongings, such as luggage and helmets, by using a secure coin locker after parking your bicycle.
About Watching Fireworks
- Please enjoy the fireworks while seated.
- The lighting in the venue will be turned off just before the fireworks display for the performance of the fireworks.
- Please move to your seats with plenty of time. *Please check your seats before the lights go out.
- At the reserved seat entrance, we will check your reserved seat ticket. Please prepare your ticket (QR code) in advance for each person and present it to the staff.
- The Grandstand corridor serves as an emergency evacuation route, so please refrain from reserving spots or leaving luggage.
■Please refrain from the following items.
- ・Viewing on stairs and passageways
・Use of fire
- Bicycles and kickboards are allowed in the viewing area.
- Acts that may disturb other customers or hinder the progress of the event
- ■About the Use of Tripods (Monopods)
Tripods (monopods) can be used in the following seats. Please refrain from using tripods (monopods) outside of these areas.

About changes in weather, thunder, and earthquakes
- Depending on the weather conditions on the day, the fireworks launch time may be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of thunder, you may be asked to take shelter in your own vehicle.
Please confirm the location where you parked on the day.
- In the event of an earthquake, please remain seated and wait in place until the shaking has stopped when an emergency earthquake alert is issued. Once the safety of the venue has been confirmed and secured, staff will guide you.
Precautions within the venue
- When moving around the venue by car or motorcycle, please adhere to the speed limit of 30 km/h and drive safely.
- Use of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces is limited to the following customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Customers using wheelchairs and those who have various disability certificates
- Except for the SORA site and the dog companion area, pets are not allowed in spectator seats such as the Grandstand seats and group seats.
- We do not take any responsibility for vehicle damage, collisions, accidents, or thefts that occur in the parking lot.
- Mobility Resort Motegi has implemented a smoking ban in the venue, and all spectator seats are non-smoking. (This includes electronic cigarettes.)
Customers who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking areas.
- The use of small aircraft (drones, remote control, etc.) without permission within the facility is discouraged as it may interfere with operations.
- Please refrain from using bicycles and kickboards.
About Bringing Items
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and spectator areas.
<Items Not Allowed to Be Brought Into the Venue>
- Items that may generate explosives, explosions, ignition, or toxic gases.
- ・Items that may harm other customers, such as tear gas spray.
- - Fireworks, large quantities of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, scissors, and other sharp objects or items that could be used as weapons.
- Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, cause inconvenience to others, or pose a danger.
- ・Placards, banners, etc. that slander or defame.
- Items that are not permitted to be possessed according to other laws and regulations.
Items Not Allowed in the Viewing Area
- ・Entry to the viewing area for pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) is not allowed (please use the designated viewing area for dogs).
- ・Bicycles and kickboards (including electric ones) are allowed. Please use the bicycle parking area. Thank you for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.
About Shooting
- The act of distributing audio, video, etc. as videos accessible to an unspecified large number of viewers via the internet or other media without permission, as well as filming activities that cause inconvenience to other customers, are prohibited.
Prior permission is required for photography or video recording for commercial or profit-making purposes.
- Your likeness may be captured. The recorded video, audio, and images may be used for the purposes listed below, so please check before your visit.

About Exit
- After the fireworks end, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion inside the venue. Please cooperate by following the guidance of the staff when exiting.
* To ease congestion, you may be directed to exit through a different gate than the one you entered.

Parking and Entrance Gate Information
The area around the Central Entrance will be used as an event venue. Accordingly,
Vehicles cannot pass through the section from the S1 parking lot to the front of the Main Information Center. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check the parking information you purchased upon entry and be careful not to confuse the North Gate and South Gate.
* Guests staying overnight, please enter through the North Gate.
* Please enter through the South Gate with S1 and S2 designated parking tickets, East Entrance parking tickets, and 2 wheels parking tickets.
At the entrance gate, parking tickets will be checked, and inside the venue, admission tickets will be verified.
There will be two checks, but we ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth entry.
*Traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion upon exit. Thank you for your understanding.
