This winter, we are featuring chocolate, nuts, and berries!
We have prepared winter European sweets such as "Sachertorte," "Chocolate Roll Cake," "Walnut Nougat Tart," and "Chocolate Framboise."
You can also enjoy dishes made with seasonal anglerfish and mehikari caught in Kashimanada, as well as takikomi rice using mushrooms from Motegi, featuring ingredients from Tochigi and Ibaraki.
Strawberry sweets are also scheduled to appear from the end of January.
