"Motegi Upskilling Adventure"
Motegi Upskilling Adventure is an experiential learning program where participants learn through group activities.
It involves various activities aimed at building the most important aspect of group life: "human relationships."
This program is ideal for new employee training, revitalizing communication between departments and divisions, and team building.
Program Progress and Safety Management
The program progresses in groups of about 15 members per group.
Additionally, one specialist staff member called a facilitator is assigned to each group to support activities.
Program content
Activities will be conducted under the guidance of a facilitator, progressing while having fun. In problem-solving activities, cooperation is the key to success. By working together with peers towards the same goal, awareness is created, leading to growth.

Learn awareness and skills for traffic safety
This is a participatory facility where those who have just obtained their driver's license, paper drivers, and veteran drivers can actively learn safe driving.
