- A verification code will be sent to the email address you registered. Please return to the application page and enter the verification code.
- A link to the "Asoview!" 1st Grade Free Campaign issuance page will be sent to the registered email address, so please proceed to "Asoview!" from there and purchase your advance tickets.

Admission to Mobility Resort Motegi
On the day of your visit, please present the ticket screen for admission from "Asoview!" to the staff at the entrance gate of Mobility Resort Motegi. After entering, please present the exchange screen for the park passport and the original identification that verifies your child is a 1st grader at the Park Ticket Office.

What is the campaign period for the First Grade Free Admission Campaign? -

Children born between April 2, 2018, and April 1, 2019, are eligible for free admission + park passport set. Additionally, accompanying family members (within two degrees of kinship) can purchase tickets at half price.
- Can I use a copy of the certificate or a medical card that has my birthday on it?

Copies cannot be used, so please prepare the original document. Acceptable proof is limited to one of the following for the eligible first-grade student: health insurance card, maternal and child health handbook, My Number card, resident record, disability certificate, or passport.
- Do companions have to be family members? Also, does it not apply if they do not live together?

There are no questions regarding cohabitation. However, it is limited to family members within the second degree of kinship (parents, siblings, grandparents).
- Is identification required for companions?

No. Only the first-grade child needs to provide identification.
- We plan to come with six or more people including the first-grade student. How many people can receive the discount?

The discount applies to up to five people: the first-grade student and four accompanying family members. For the sixth person and beyond, please purchase tickets other than those for the First Grade Free Campaign.

For those living overseas, registration in advance for the Mobility Resort Motegi Park Newsletter and presentation of a certificate (passport) will be required for eligibility.
- Are both twins eligible for free admission?

Both individuals are eligible. However, due to the specifications of the ticket system, each purchase can only be made for one eligible person at a time, so please apply twice separately. Also, please prepare the original identification documents for both individuals. In this case, it is not possible to apply for only the first-grade student themselves, so two or more accompanying persons are required.
Example) One first-grade student who is one of the twins + one or more accompanying family members, and the other first-grade student who is the other twin + one or more accompanying family members - Everyone except the first grader has an annual passport. Can only the first grader themselves use the First Grader Free Campaign?

It is not possible to apply only for the first grader themselves due to the specifications of the ticket system. Those who have an annual passport can come directly to the park and present the original ID of the first grader at the Park Ticket Office. Once the ID and registration for the "Mobility Resort Motegi Park Newsletter" are confirmed, a park passport for the first grader will be issued.
- Can the 1st Grade Free Campaign be used only once?

- Is there a daily limit for the 1st Grade Free Campaign?

There is no limit.
- Are parking fees included in the 1st Grade Free Campaign?

Parking fees (Car: 1,000 yen per vehicle, Bike: 500 yen per vehicle) are additional. The parking fees will be different on March 22, 2025 (Sat) and March 23 (Sun) / August 23 (Sat) and August 24 (Sun), so please check the Mobility Resort Motegi website for details.
- Can I apply at the park ticket office?

Applications are only accepted via the pre-registration web, and applications cannot be made at the park ticket office. Please apply using the dedicated URL for "Asoview!" found in the registration completion email for "Mobility Resort Motegi Park Newsletter."

You can apply until 14:00 on the day. Please register in advance for the "Mobility Resort Motegi Park Newsletter." You will receive a registration completion email immediately after registering, so please apply using the dedicated URL for "Asoview!" in the email. *It takes about 10 minutes to complete the application, so we recommend registering and applying in advance.

Changes can be made at each front desk. However, this is only possible until 3 PM on the day of your stay. Changes after 3 PM cannot be accepted, thank you for your understanding. Additionally, a presentation of an identification document (original) is required when making changes.
- Can I make changes after playing in the park?
